About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Associate who understands how to generate high-intent traffic and measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge organic and paid growth, optimize funnels, and work on real client accounts with performance accountability.

Key Responsibilities
SEO (Core Focus)
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
• Execute on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, content structuring, internal linking, URL optimization)
• Handle technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site architecture)
• Perform regular website audits and implement fixes
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
• Build and execute content-led SEO strategies for growth
Performance Marketing (Core Focus)
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign structuring
• Focus on high-intent keyword targeting and conversion optimization
• Monitor and improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
• Implement conversion tracking via GA4 & Google Tag Manager
• Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates
Website & Tracking (Supporting Role)
• Work on WordPress websites for SEO and landing page optimization
• Implement tracking codes, pixels, and event tracking
• Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and basic technical fixes
• Collaborate on landing page improvements for paid campaigns
Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and SEO deliverables
• Continuously analyze data and optimize performance across channels
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of technical SEO + on-page SEO
• Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Ability to analyze metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Basic understanding of WordPress and landing page structures
Good to Have
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Exposure to Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Understanding of page speed optimization and Core Web Vitals
