Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for a Digital Marketing Associate. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing web and campaign performance data, and creating strategies for online audience engagement. The role involves working with teams to develop initiatives that effectively enhance brand visibility and audience connection.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Web Analytics and Online Marketing tools
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage
