Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, India
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Execution
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value, intent-matched terms across short-tail and long-tail clusters
Develop and execute on-page optimisation — metadata, heading structure, internal linking, and content freshness
Build and manage off-page initiatives, including link-building outreach and domain authority growth
2. Content Collaboration
Work closely with content writers to produce SEO-aligned articles, blogs, landing pages, and web copy
Provide clear briefs covering keyword targets, content structure, search intent, and internal linking logic
3. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
Prepare regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights — not just data dumps
Work on observations and inputs received to continuously improve organic performance
4. Additional Digital Marketing Support
Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
Support email marketing campaigns — copy review, list management, and reporting
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
5. Stay Current on Industry Trends
Keep up to date with SEO algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and emerging tools
Proactively recommend new platforms, strategies, or approaches to stay competitive
Areas You'll Grow Into:
These are capabilities we expect you to build over time in this role:
Review and audit existing content for optimisation and consolidation opportunities
Identify and resolve technical issues affecting site performance — site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, and structured data
Collaborate with web developers to implement technical best practices and SEO improvements
Nice to Have:
Understanding of GEO / AEO (Generative Engine Optimisation / Answer Engine Optimisation)
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress)
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA/PG Diploma/PG Certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Experience: 3 to 6 months of internship experience
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush), Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Some exposure to Meta and LinkedIn analytics is desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas effectively & create SEO content.
- Collaboration: A team player with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work across departments.
- Problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SEO-related issues.
