Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Associate, your primary focus will be designing and executing paid advertising campaigns, managing SEO initiatives, and optimizing website ad performance. You will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality prospects and ensuring that lead data is accurately tracked, organized, and shared seamlessly across our internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising Operations: Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads and the Meta ecosystem (Facebook & Instagram) to drive conversions and maintain a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search engine rankings and increase targeted website traffic.
- Website Ad Management: Oversee promotional ad placements on the company website, ensuring they align with our digital strategy and are optimized for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Lead Generation & Data Sharing: Build and maintain reliable funnels to capture prospect information. Systematically route, format, and share lead data with the delivery teams for prompt follow-up.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze daily campaign metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and native ad platform dashboards. Run A/B tests on ad creatives and prepare clear performance reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of running both Google and Meta ads.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and standard SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs).
- Data Literacy: Ability to interpret campaign data, calculate customer acquisition costs, and manage lead-sharing workflows effectively (via spreadsheets or CRM tools).
- Remote Discipline: Highly organized with a reliable internet connection and the ability to manage time, budgets, and project deliverables independently.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills for ad copywriting, along with the ability to clearly report metrics to the team.
