We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Associate who enjoys building from scratch, solving problems, and operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, onboard, and manage accounts for Persona 360, Kentrix’s digital marketing platform
- Own end-to-end program management across accounts and ensure strong campaign performance
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to optimize outcomes and deliver business impact
- Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and drive improvements
- Build and execute growth experiments and contribute to scaling new initiatives
- Leverage AI tools and data-driven approaches to solve business problems efficiently
- Take ownership of projects and independently drive execution
What We Are Looking For
Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in Digital Marketing (experience with Meta Ads preferred)
Graduate from a reputed engineering college
Strong problem-solving mindset with an AI-first approach to business challenges
A natural hustler with a 0→1 builder mindset — someone who can create, experiment, and execute from scratch
Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with ambiguity and ownership
Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Meta Ads, performance marketing, or digital campaign execution
Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
Location Requirement
Based out of Bangalore (Mandatory)
Immediate joiners will be preferred
