We’re looking for someone who truly understands skincare not just trends, but ingredients, consumer trust, and meaningful storytelling. If you can think fast, create sharp, and execute even faster (without compromising on authenticity), this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Building short-term & long-term digital marketing strategies for a skincare brand
• Shaping brand voice, positioning & storytelling around skincare routines, ingredients & product efficacy
• Staying on top of skincare trends, ingredient innovations & consumer conversations
• Creating minimal, aesthetic & high-impact social media content + performance-driven ad copies
• Breaking down skincare science into simple, relatable & engaging content
• Supporting product launches, campaigns & brand narratives
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams for approvals, feedback & execution
• Maintaining consistency in brand tone, visual identity & messaging across platforms
• Executing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.
• Manage Influencer marketing: identify creators, run collaborations & track performance.
What we’re looking for:
• Proactive, creative & detail-oriented individual
• Strong understanding of skincare (ingredients, routines, claims vs reality)
• Ability to balance creativity with credibility — no fluff, only value
• Someone who can make skincare content both aesthetic and informative
• Strong communication & coordination skills
💰 Salary: ₹2.5 LPA
