Role Description
The Digital Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email, and other online channels to increase brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web and social media metrics, and coordinating online promotions. The associate will collaborate with internal teams and virtual assistants to align marketing activities with client goals, prepare regular performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements to campaigns. The role also involves maintaining consistent brand messaging, responding to online inquiries, and staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills.
- Candidates should possess core Digital Marketing capabilities and familiarity with Web Analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should possess the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and draw actionable insights from campaign performance.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing tools, and basic design tools).
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or comparable practical experience.
- Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
