Job Description: Digital Marketing Associate
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and schedule content across social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness
* Build, segment, and maintain email lists; execute email campaigns and automations
* Create and curate content for workshops, webinars, and lead magnets
* Set up, build, and upload online courses and digital products
* Manage backend systems on platforms such as Kajabi and Systems.io (or similar CRM/tools)
* Implement email funnels, landing pages, and marketing automations
* Upload and optimize YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags)
* Assist in webinar setup, promotion, and post-event follow-ups
* Organize and manage digital assets including course materials, email templates, and content libraries
* Conduct basic research and support additional marketing or tech-related tasks during low workload periods
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with CRM and course platforms such as Kajabi, Systems.io, or similar
* Strong understanding of email marketing, list building, and automation workflows.
* Experience in social media management and content scheduling.
* Familiarity with webinar and workshop setup (Zoom, webinar platforms, etc.)
* Ability to build and upload digital courses and manage backend systems.
* Experience uploading and optimizing YouTube content.
* Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions while also working independently.
