About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who is passionate about social media, branding, and digital content. Whether you're a fresher or have up to one year of experience, we'll provide the training and guidance you need to grow. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update social media pages across multiple brands.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
- Coordinate and organize photos, videos, creatives, and other brand assets.
- Assist in content planning and content calendar management.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and the marketing team.
- Upload website and social media content when required.
- Monitor comments, messages, and basic customer engagement.
- Maintain organized folders for marketing creatives and brand materials.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track content performance and prepare basic reports.
Requirements
- Any Degree.
- Fresher or up to 3 years of experience.
- Must be based in Erode or willing to work from Erode.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Computer skills (Google Workspace, Meta business suite, Canva is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Positive attitude and team player.
