Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising, social media management, and marketplace platforms, with a strong understanding of performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage social media platforms including content planning, posting, and engagement
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on platform algorithms
Handle influencer marketing campaigns, including collaboration and tracking ROI
Manage and optimize Amazon marketplace (listings, ads, and performance)
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with brand goals
Monitor trends and suggest growth strategies across digital channels
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media algorithms
Experience in influencer marketing and campaign execution
Hands-on experience with Amazon marketplace (SEO, PPC, listings)
Basic understanding of content creation and branding
