Role Title:
Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist – Accounting SaaS
Purpose: To build Accomation’s digital presence across social media, drive qualified leads through data driven campaigns, and cultivate brand trust through engaging content and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities, what you will own (non-negotiable)
Social & Content (Daily Execution)
• Oversee the execution of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Help in creating short videos, carousels, memes, explainers and infographics around CA & MSME pain points
• Build and follow a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team. (not vibes, actual planning)
• Actively engage with the community (comments, DMs, industry hashtags)
• Collaborate with finance / accounting influencers and CA communities
Thought Leadership & Trust Assets
• Own the blog: articles that solve real CA problems, and specific SEO blogs in collaboration with SEO agency
• Create gated assets (checklists, guides, mini playbooks) for lead generation
• Run webinars, live demos and Q&A sessions with CAs and business owners
• Repurpose long content into short-form clips, posts and ads for collaterals
• Use AI tools to build presentations, explainers, decks and marketing collaterals fast
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
• Review performance of Meta Ads
• Help in building look-alike and retargeting audiences from real customer data
• Experiment with WhatsApp marketing (updates, invites, follow-ups, compliant only)
• Track CPL, conversion rates, funnel drop-offs and ROI
• Kill what doesn’t work. Scale what does.
Partnerships, Events & Offline Presence
• Build relationships with CA associations, institutes, communities, and chambers
• Co-host webinars, sessions and workshops
• Own offline events end-to-end:
o Planning & promotion
o Event communication
o Booth & event branding
o Post-event follow-ups
• Manage offline collaterals: brochures, banners, standees, pitch decks
• Use AI tools to design faster without compromising brand quality
Analytics, Reporting & Competitive Intelligence
• Track social, website, leads and conversion funnels
• Monitor competitors (Vyapar, F-ai, Petpooja, VouchrIt)
• Share monthly reports with insights + actions, not just screenshots
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• Proven track record managing social-media accounts and running paid campaigns, will be given priority
• Strong copywriting, you can explain accounting without boring people
• SEO basics, email marketing, CRM workflows
• Ability to analyse data and make insights-driven decisions; proficiency in Google Analytics and CRM reporting.
• Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gamma, Notion AI, etc.)
• Comfortable coordinating vendors for video, design or events
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset; ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales and customer success teams.
