Kanishk Surgical and Super Speciality Hospital is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing and Branding Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in driving online growth, patient engagement, and brand visibility.
Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring performance, productivity, and skill development
Plan and execute SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing.
Oversee website management, content strategy, and optimization for better user experience and conversions
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate actionable insights
Manage online reputation, patient reviews, and brand presence across platforms
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for campaign execution
Handle healthcare-specific marketing campaigns (OPD/IPD services, specialties, doctors' promotion, health packages, etc.)
Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical practices
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
Preferred candidate profile
Prior experience in hospital or healthcare industry is mandatory
Proven track record of successful digital campaigns
Experience handling a team of 10-15members
Candidate should hold a qualification in MCA, BCA, or BSC IT.
Strong Leadership quality to hold a team is a must.
