Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing and AI Instructor role based in Thrissur. The instructor will design and deliver engaging training sessions on digital marketing fundamentals, advanced strategies, and practical AI tools used in marketing and business environments. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans and curriculum materials, conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, mentoring learners on projects, and evaluating their performance through assignments and assessments. The role involves demonstrating real-world applications of social media marketing, AI-driven analytics, and campaign optimization, while staying current with industry trends and tools. The instructor will also collaborate with internal teams to refine course content, support marketing of training programs, and provide feedback to improve learner experience and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt content to different learner levels.
- Proven Marketing experience, with knowledge of digital channels, campaign planning, analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools.
- Training and facilitation skills, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and learner assessment.
- Hands-on Social Media Marketing expertise, including content planning, platform management, and performance tracking.
- Sales and presentation skills to effectively position training programs and demonstrate the value of digital marketing and AI solutions.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and tools relevant to marketing (e.g., automation platforms, chatbots, analytics, content generation).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, or corporate coach in digital marketing or technology-focused subjects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, manage classroom dynamics, and support diverse learners in a professional, inclusive manner.
