We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Analyst, having
2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics role, to join JBS Marketing team.
This role will focus on marketing data analysis, performance reporting, and insights generation across multiple digital platforms. The analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders and markets across regions to support data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Digital Marketing team with end-to-end analytics for digital campaigns and platforms.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and Flourish.
- Assist in implementation, validation, and troubleshooting of tracking using GTM and Adobe Tags.
- Translate data into actionable insights to help optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and regional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to defined measurement frameworks.
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests and provide timely insights to support business needs.
- Work effectively in a global environment aligned with the assigned shift timing.
Requirements
- Expert in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tags
- In-depth understanding of PowerBI, Flourish and MS-Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving ability with an analytical mindset.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across regions and teams.
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and analytical concepts.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
