About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team at Inde Loom. This position requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile (GMB). The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to support our growth objectives. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the premium ethnic fashion segment, combining performance marketing expertise with a nuanced understanding of luxury branding and customer engagement.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically within the ethnic apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail sectors. A strong background in managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns is essential, along with proficiency in GMB optimization and hyperlocal marketing strategies. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of handling premium product categories, driving online sales, and increasing physical store visibility. Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions are critical. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with certifications in Google Ads or Meta Business Suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GMB to maximize reach and engagement within target demographics.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal ROI and conversion rates.
- Manage and refine GMB listings, ensuring accurate information, engaging content, and local SEO best practices to enhance hyperlocal visibility and attract nearby customers.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives, promotional content, and landing pages aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities for growth.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with offline retail teams to align digital marketing efforts with in-store promotions and events, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
