Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will own and execute marketing programs across website operations, content creation, social media, and campaign channels. This role sits at the intersection of Strategy building, creative execution and marketing operations, ensuring every asset, page, and campaign is on brand, data informed, and aligned to business objectives.
Website Operations & Content Creation
- Design, update, and manage web pages using CMS platforms (WordPress, or similar).
- Own the publishing workflow for landing pages, blogs, and campaign content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor website UX, responsiveness, and performance metrics; flag and resolve issues proactively.
- Create and maintain marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, aligned to brand standards.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all digital touchpoints and assets.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow OnIndus presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Reddit.
- Design and execute the social content calendar, supporting both paid and organic campaign execution.
- Track and report on engagement metrics, surfacing insights to guide content decisions.
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword aware content creation and on page optimization.
Marketing Operations & HubSpot
- Execute campaign workflows, lead management, and list segmentation inside HubSpot.
- Support campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance reporting across active programs.
- Coordinate with SDR teams to ensure campaign driven follow ups are executed on time.
- Maintain execution trackers, content calendars, and campaign checklists.
Marketing Strategy,Messaging & Content Leadership
- Own the annual and quarterly marketing plan, aligned to business priorities.
- Lead end to end campaign planning and execution, from concept and messaging through rollout and optimization.
- Ensure campaigns are integrated across web, social, content, and demand generation channels.
- Own campaign messaging and narrative consistency across all digital channels.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals and ICP messaging.
- Manage asset creation timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations end to end.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across MQLs, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Use performance data to drive optimization decisions and flag areas for course correction.
- Report on KPIs regularly and translate findings into actionable next steps.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7 to 9 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or marketing execution roles.
- Hands on experience with HubSpot for campaign management, workflows, and reporting.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Strong working knowledge of Canva
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Eye for brand consistency and design quality across all digital assets.
