Location: India — On-site role in a high-impact Growth & Marketing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute an AI-first digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, and content to drive qualified lead and candidate acquisition.
- Build and deploy generative-AI workflows (LLMs) to automate creative production, personalized ad copy, landing page variants, and conversational experiences for candidate engagement.
- Manage end-to-end performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager—budget allocation, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and creative testing to optimise ROI.
- Define measurement frameworks using Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking; deliver dashboarding and analysis that ties marketing spend to pipeline and outcome metrics.
- Run systematic A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates, reducing CAC and increasing lifetime value; iterate quickly on insights with product and engineering partners.
- Partner with content, product, and data teams to operationalise marketing automation, scale personalization, and document playbooks for reproducible growth.
