Role: Digital Marketing Agency Partner – D2C Growth (Melted Joy)
We’re looking for a digital marketing agency to partner with Melted Joy.
But this is not a typical retainer-based engagement.
We are building India’s first portion-controlled, real food brand — designed for calorie-conscious consumers who want to indulge without overconsumption.
Our challenge is not just distribution.
It is category creation.
We’re looking for an agency that can:
- Build and scale our D2C presence (Shopify-first)
- Develop high-conviction ad creatives rooted in consumer psychology
- Translate our philosophy of mindful indulgence into performance marketing
- Think in terms of hooks, narratives, and behaviour change, not just campaigns
- Work closely with the founder to test, learn, and iterate fast
This is NOT for agencies that:
- Operate on rigid deliverables (X posts, Y creatives/month)
- Focus only on execution without strategic thinking
- Treat this as just another brand in their portfolio
This IS for agencies that:
- Want to help build a new category in food
- Understand D2C deeply (performance + retention + storytelling)
