Role Summary We are seeking an Email Marketing Executive with 1 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) OR Adobe Marketo Engage to support email campaign execution for a pharmaceutical client. The role involves campaign build, content configuration, audience segmentation, quality validation, and compliance adherence within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Build and execute email campaigns using SFMC OR Adobe Marketo Engage. Configure email content using approved templates, personalization, and dynamic content. Build and validate audience segments using Data Extensions, Lists, or Smart Lists. Perform pre-send quality checks covering content, links, personalization, and configuration. Support basic journeys (SFMC) and email programs (Adobe Marketo Engage) under guidance. Monitor campaign launches and escalate issues as per defined escalation procedures. Pharma Compliance & Governance Execute campaigns strictly as per pharma regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs. Ensure deployments occur only after medical, legal, and regulatory approvals are completed. Adhere to data privacy, consent, and opt-out requirements. Maintain documentation and execution records for audit readiness. Required Skills & Experience 1 2 years of experience in email marketing operations/Certification on any EMial marketing Application Basic understanding of HTML templates and email structures. Hands-on experience with SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Intelligence Reports) and/or Adobe Marketo Engage (Tokens, Email Programs, Default Programs, Smart Campaigns, Smart Lists, Reports etc.)./other any email Marketing Tools Experience in campaign build, content build, and segment build. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a compliance-driven environment Good to Have Exposure to pharma or life sciences clients. Experience working with global stakeholders and multi-market campaigns. Basic understanding of email performance metrics and reporting.
