Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Full-Funnel Digital Marketer. The role requires end-to-end ownership of user growth across App & Web, with a strong focus on performance marketing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
You will be responsible for driving scalable growth across paid channels, optimizing the entire funnel (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue), and improving efficiency metrics like CAC, conversion rates, and LTV. The role also involves building and executing SEO/AEO/GEO strategies to strengthen organic and AI-led discovery.
Key Responsibilities- Own and scale paid acquisition for App & Web across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate/partnership channels
- Drive full-funnel optimization: Install → Signup → KYC → Activation → Revenue
- Plan and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals
- Improve conversion rates across landing pages, app journeys, and onboarding flows
- Work closely with product & tech teams to optimize user journeys and drop-offs
- Leverage data to continuously optimize CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV
- Build and scale SEO / AEO / GEO strategies to drive organic and AI-search visibility
- Set up and manage attribution, tracking, and campaign measurement frameworks
- Run A/B tests and experiments across creatives, audiences, funnels, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance, and drive actionable insights for growth
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in running and scaling paid campaigns for both App & Web
- Strong understanding of full-funnel growth and performance marketing metrics
- Experience in lead generation and high-intent user acquisition
- Working knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Hands-on experience in funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and retention strategies
- Strong ownership mindset – someone who can independently drive growth outcomes
Tools & Platforms- Advertising: Hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate/partnership channels
- Analytics: Strong expertise in AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, Search Console, and BI tools like Superset
- CRM: Experience in driving engagement and retention using CleverTap or WebEngage
Good to Have- Experience in fintech, insurance, or high-volume lead generation businesses
- Exposure to high-scale budgets and aggressive growth targets
- Understanding of AI-led search ecosystems and content optimization for LLMs
