Are you passionate about performance marketing and delivering measurable business results through paid advertising? Our client is looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive D2C sales and lead generation campaigns. If you enjoy analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and scaling performance, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Drive online sales for D2C brands and generate quality leads for service-based businesses.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI.
- Set up and manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
What We're Looking For
✔ 2–5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
✔ Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid media strategies.
✔ Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
✔ Experience in D2C and lead generation campaigns.
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
