As the Digital Marketer, you will lead our marketing efforts for web-related and SaaS products. This position is ideal for a seasoned marketer with a 'T-shaped' skill set, combining broad marketing knowledge with deep expertise in specific areas. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and developing innovative marketing strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth for our web and SaaS products.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement strategies to attract and retain users, utilizing various digital marketing channels.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization and marketing efforts to maximize online visibility and traffic.
- Affiliate & Referral Marketing: Expand and optimize affiliate and referral programs.
- UX & Design Collaboration: Work closely with design and UX teams to ensure product interfaces are user-friendly and align with marketing goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to guide marketing strategies, making data-informed decisions to optimize performance.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- AI Tool Integration: Leverage AI tools to optimize marketing campaigns, enhance customer insights, and improve decision-making for better results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and web analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools that can assist in product marketing activities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Innovative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Background in UX and design principles is beneficial.
