Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketer who can own end-to-end performance marketing, optimize campaigns, and drive qualified lead generation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid media, analytics, and basic web development to support marketing performance and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Manage and scale lead generation campaigns across digital platforms
- Track, analyze, and improve performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools
- Conduct website audits and crawling (Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for better performance
- Execute SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Work on website improvements (speed, structure, UX) to enhance conversions
- Implement tracking codes, pixels, and event tracking using Google Tag Manager
- Run A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and user journeys
- Collaborate with design and tech teams for campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital / Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Tag Manager
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
- Understanding of website crawling, indexing, and technical SEO
- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, basic JS)
- Ability to make landing page edits, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B lead generation
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho)
- Knowledge of page speed optimization and Core Web Vitals
