The Italian-Speaking Digital Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for internal accounts, ensuring strong performance and business impact through data-driven insights. This role focuses on campaign strategy, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, with no direct interaction with end advertisers.
Key Focus Areas
- Campaign optimization across digital advertising platforms
- Internal stakeholder management and consultation
- Revenue growth and retention
- Cross-functional collaboration (Ops, Analytics, Product)
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns to meet KPIs
- Analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Provide insights, recommendations, and reporting
- Identify growth opportunities and track revenue performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive execution and resolve issues
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
- Italian proficiency required for both verbal and written communication
- 3–5+ years experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of:
- Campaign optimization
- Performance marketing
- Reporting tools and analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
- Work from office - 2 to 11:30PM Shift
