We're looking for someone who doesn't just scroll LinkedIn. They understand it, weaponize it, and grow with it.
At Turtle Labs, we're building a lean, results-driven agency, and we need a sharp LinkedIn Growth Trainee to join our core team.
YOUR 5 CORE OBJECTIVES:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn
- Drive meaningful engagement on our profiles and content
- Grow our LinkedIn follower count consistently
- Build strategic connections with the right people
- Expand and nurture our community
WE EXPECT YOU TO: Have strong, hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn including algorithms, outreach, content, and analytics. Craft outreach messages that actually get replies. Work with tools like Sales Navigator or scheduling platforms. Report weekly with clear metrics on leads, growth, and engagement rates. Be proactive, self-driven, and consistent. Commit at least 3 to 4 hours daily to focused LinkedIn work.
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN: Real agency experience on live projects, direct mentorship from founders, a portfolio with measurable results, a letter of recommendation, and LinkedIn profile and personal brand growth.
ABOUT COMPENSATION: This is currently an unpaid internship. We believe in honest partnerships, so we're telling you upfront. Trainees who perform well, show ownership, and deliver results within the first quarter will be transitioned into a paid internship with a clear path to a long-term role. This is not a free labour scheme. This is a merit-based launchpad.
