Conatus Finserve Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join us as a Digital Initiatives Lead as we accelerate our digital transformation journey.
🏢 About Us
We are an RBI-registered NBFC focused on secured MSME lending (Loan Against Property), serving rural and Tier 2/3 borrowers across India.
💼 Role Overview
As a Digital Initiatives Lead, you will work closely with the founding team to identify opportunities for digital transformation across functions and drive end-to-end implementation of key initiatives.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Assess business processes and identify opportunities for digital improvements
* Drive execution of digital projects—from requirements to deployment
* Act as a bridge between business and tech teams
* Manage multiple workstreams (collections, underwriting, reporting, compliance)
* Evaluate and manage third-party technology vendors
✅ What We’re Looking For
* ~2 years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or project management
* Experience working on tech-led projects with developers or vendors
* Strong written and structured communication skills
* Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
