Role SummaryWe are looking for a performance-driven Digital Growth Strategist to lead end-to-end digital growth across SEO, paid campaigns, social media, marketplaces, and AI-led marketing strategies. The role focuses on driving measurable business outcomes, lead generation, and ROI optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Execute multi-channel marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and emerging platforms
- Drive organic growth through advanced SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
- Optimize Amazon marketplace visibility and product rankings
- Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns with clear ROI metrics
- Leverage AI tools for SEO, content creation, and campaign optimization
- Monitor and improve CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion funnels
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams
Required Skills- Strong experience in Social Media Marketing & Google Ads
- Expertise in SEO, keyword strategy, backlinks, and site audits
- Hands-on experience with Amazon SEO and listing optimization
- Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Experience with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or SurferSEO
Candidate Profile- Strong strategic and execution mindset
- Focus on performance, growth, and measurable outcomes
- Ability to adapt to latest digital and AI-driven marketing trends
Nice to Have- Experience in SaaS / D2C / product-based companies
- Exposure to international markets
