About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Paid Media Manager to lead and scale our digital advertising initiatives across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. This role demands strong expertise in managing high-budget campaigns, with a proven ability to drive measurable growth and ROI.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹1 Cr+ and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Strategize, execute, and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Own and manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding ₹1 Cr, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI
- Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Implement and manage tracking systems (Google Analytics, pixels, conversion tracking, attribution models)
- Identify scaling opportunities and new channels for growth
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices
Required Qualifications & Skills- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google and Meta platforms
- Demonstrated success in managing high ad budgets (₹1 Cr+ per month)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV)
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or high-growth environments
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint
- Exposure to additional paid channels (LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)
