We are looking for a Digital Growth Executive who will manage and optimize our website sales funnel and digital growth channels.
This role focuses on driving online revenue, improving conversion rates, and tracking digital performance metrics.
You will work closely with the marketing, product, and tech teams to improve the customer journey and maximize digital sales.

Key Responsibilities
1. Website Sales & Funnel Management
• Monitor daily website sales and performance metrics
• Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout experience
• Identify conversion drop-offs and improve the customer journey
2. Performance Tracking & Analytics
• Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and dashboards
• Monitor metrics like:
• Conversion rate
• Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
• Return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Funnel drop-off rates
3. Campaign Coordination
• Coordinate with performance marketing agencies or internal teams
• Track performance of paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Support in launching promotional campaigns and offers
4. Conversion Optimization
• Run A/B tests on landing pages and website elements
• Improve website user experience to increase conversions
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar / GA
5. Reporting
• Prepare weekly growth reports
• Present insights on traffic, conversion, and sales trends
• Recommend data-driven improvements

Requirements
• 1–3 years experience in digital marketing / e-commerce / growth
