About The Role
We are looking for a
Digital Growth Executive who has strong hands-on experience in
SEO, organic marketing, and Meta Ads, and who actively uses
Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI agents in their day-to-day marketing work. The main requirement for this role is someone who can grow traffic and leads through a combination of
organic growth strategies and Meta Ads, while also using AI tools to improve speed, reporting, and execution quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO and organic marketing strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, lead quality, and overall website visibility.
- Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO with a strong understanding of crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, page performance, and website health.
- Conduct keyword research, content planning, competitor analysis, and content optimisation to support long-term organic growth.
- Set up, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns focused on leads, sales, and ROAS.
- Use Claude Code / Codex / similar AI agents to:
- Automate recurring tasks such as reporting, audits, and data pulls.
- Analyze SEO and ad performance data, identify gaps, and suggest optimisation actions.
- Generate ad copy, content ideas, creative briefs, and workflow support for faster execution.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure ads, landing pages, and organic content are aligned with campaign goals.
- Maintain clear documentation of AI workflows, prompts, and recurring processes so they can be reused by the team.
Must-Have Requirements
- Hands-on experience in SEO, organic marketing, and Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, site structure, internal linking, page speed, mobile usability, and overall website health.
- Solid understanding of organic marketing strategies to grow traffic through SEO-driven content, optimisation, and long-term search visibility.
- Proven experience in setting up, managing, and optimising Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, content planning, and on-page/off-page SEO optimisation.
- Ability to analyse campaign and website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Mandatory: Practical experience using Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI agents for marketing tasks such as workflow automation, reporting, performance analysis, content/copy support, or campaign optimisation.
