Job details:
We are looking for a Digital Growth & Conversion Specialist who can combine strong digital marketing knowledge with excellent communication and conversion skills.
The ideal candidate should understand digital marketing funnels, customer journeys, lead behaviour, marketing analytics and conversion strategy, while also being confident enough to communicate with qualified prospects, understand their concerns, resolve queries and help convert high-intent leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and manage different stages of the digital customer journey and sales funnel
• Analyse lead behaviour, engagement and intent to identify the right opportunities for follow-up
• Review important funnel and marketing metrics such as engagement, drop-offs, clicks, conversions and lead quality
• Identify areas where funnel performance and conversion can be improved
• Work closely with marketing, content and automation teams to improve campaigns, communication and customer journeys
• Segment and prioritise leads based on their engagement, intent and readiness
• Develop smart lead-nurturing and follow-up strategies rather than using the same approach for every prospect
• Communicate with warm and high-intent leads through calls, WhatsApp, Zoom or other appropriate channels
• Understand prospects’ requirements, questions, concerns and objections
• Explain our platform, products and solutions clearly and confidently
• Build trust with prospects and guide them toward the most appropriate next step
• Follow up professionally with qualified prospects and take ownership of converting strong opportunities into sales
• Maintain proper lead information, follow-up status and communication records in CRM or internal systems
• Share customer feedback, common objections and behavioural insights with the marketing team to continuously improve campaigns and funnels
What We Are Looking For
• Strong practical understanding of digital marketing and online sales funnels
• Understanding of customer journey, behavioural marketing and conversion psychology
• Ability to understand and interpret basic digital marketing and funnel statistics
• Knowledge of lead generation, lead nurturing and conversion strategies
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Confident and mature personality while dealing with prospects
• Ability to understand customer concerns and respond intelligently rather than simply following a sales script
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify genuine buying intent
• Ability to balance customer support and guidance with business conversion objectives
• Comfortable working with CRM, digital marketing tools and online communication platforms
Preferred Knowledge / Experience
Experience or understanding of any of the following will be an advantage:
• Meta Ads / Google Ads
• Landing pages and sales funnels
• VSL and webinar funnels
• Email marketing
• WhatsApp marketing
• CRM and lead management
• Marketing automation
• Conversion optimization
• Retargeting
• AI-based marketing tools
• Analytics and performance tracking
Most Important
We are not looking for someone whose strength is simply making a large number of calls.
We need someone who can understand the business, understand the funnel, read customer behaviour, communicate confidently and convert qualified opportunities intelligently.
The person should know when a prospect needs information, when they need reassurance, when they need follow-up and when they are ready for a decision.
Role Focus
Digital Marketing + Funnel Understanding + Analytics + Customer Behaviour + Communication + Conversion
At the end of the day, the objective is growth — improving the customer journey, helping genuine prospects and converting qualified, high-intent leads into sales.
