About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Growth Associate to help maintain the StaffAgent.AI website and support our growth activities.
You do not need to be an expert in everything. We are open to fresh graduates and early-career candidates who have good communication skills, are comfortable using technology, learn quickly, and are willing to take responsibility.
This role will provide exposure to website management, content, SEO, social media, digital campaigns, lead generation, analytics, and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the StaffAgent.AI website.
- Publish new pages, blogs, product information, and customer use cases.
- Check that website links, forms, images, and content are working correctly.
- Help improve the website’s visibility on Google through basic SEO.
- Research competitors, industries, potential customers, and growth opportunities.
- Support social media, email, and other digital marketing activities.
- Create simple content and graphics using tools such as Canva and AI tools.
- Help create landing pages for different campaigns and industries.
- Track website traffic, inquiries, and campaign results.
- Assist in organizing and following up on potential leads.
- Learn new marketing and AI tools based on business needs.
- Suggest practical ideas to improve awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- Some overlap with U.S. Pacific Time may occasionally be needed for meetings.
- The first three months will be a probationary period.
