About the role
Thom Browne is expanding its digital marketing activities and looking for someone who can manage and improve paid campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
This role is suitable for someone who already has hands-on experience and wants to grow further in performance marketing.
Responsibilities
• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Monitor performance and improve key metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversions)
• Optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights
• Work with landing pages and basic funnel improvements
• Support SEO tasks such as keyword alignment and content direction
• Track performance using Google Analytics
• Run A/B testing and implement improvements
• Prepare simple reports and recommendations
Requirements
• 2–3 years experience in Google Ads or performance marketing
• Able to manage campaigns independently
• Understand basic metrics and optimization logic
• Basic SEO knowledge is a plus
• Familiar with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Comfortable working remotely
• Good English communication

- Desejável graduação em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas. Certificações em gerenciamento de projetos e conhecimento em tecnologias emergentes serão diferenciais.
