As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Digital Experience Executive who can contribute across website development, digital marketing execution, content publishing, and digital operations.
Role Overview :
The Digital Experience Executive is responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving our clients' digital presence.
This role combines WordPress development, website management, AI-assisted content publishing, technical SEO implementation, landing page creation, and digital operations.
You will work closely with our SEO Executive, designers, trainers, and project stakeholders to deliver engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
🌐 Website Development
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly websites.
- Develop pages using Elementor and Gutenberg.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins.
- Configure WooCommerce websites.
- Implement forms, payment gateways, and CRM integrations.
- Perform website migrations between hosting providers.
- Maintain website security, backups, and updates.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
🚀 Website Performance & Technical SEO
- Optimize website speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Configure caching and CDN.
- Optimize images and media.
- Implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Add Schema Markup.
- Configure redirects and XML sitemaps.
- Resolve crawl and indexing issues.
- Support Google Search Console implementation.
✍️ AI-Assisted Content & Website Management
- Publish blogs, case studies, and landing pages.
- Format AI-generated content for readability and SEO.
- Update website pages, banners, and service offerings.
- Upload media and optimize images.
- Maintain consistent branding across websites.
- Create and manage website content using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
📚 LMS & Digital Platform Management
- Manage training and course content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload courses, videos, quizzes, and downloadable resources.
- Create and maintain landing pages for training programs.
- Ensure a seamless learner experience across digital platforms.
📈 Digital Marketing Execution
Working closely with the SEO Executive, you will:
- Implement on-page SEO recommendations.
- Build and optimize landing pages.
- Publish scheduled website content.
- Create email templates for campaigns.
- Assist in website conversion optimization.
- Support digital marketing campaigns with website updates.
🤝 Digital Operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for website and content updates.
- Track website improvement requests.
- Maintain documentation and website assets.
- Test website functionality before deployment.
- Support multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in WordPress website development.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, and WooCommerce.
- Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO.
- Experience with Git or GitHub.
- Familiarity with hosting environments such as Hostinger, cPanel, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Custom Post Types (CPT).
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Cloudflare, SSL, DNS management, and CDN configuration.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience working with LMS platforms such as Masteriyo, LearnDash, or Tutor LMS.
- Basic UI/UX design understanding.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure App Service or cloud hosting platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
