What You'll Do
• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications.
• Build high-quality frontend interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and PHP.
• Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse performance scores.
• Implement Technical SEO best practices, Schema Markup, and structured data.
• Optimize CSS, JavaScript, images, and DOM structure for maximum performance.
• Convert legacy jQuery code into modern Vanilla JavaScript.
• Implement Lazy Loading, Render Optimization, and Mobile-First development practices.
• Ensure websites meet accessibility standards (ARIA/WCAG).
• Refactor and optimize existing codebases for better performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and development teams.
• Manage source code using Git and follow coding best practices.
What We're Looking For
✔ Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & PHP (Mandatory)
✔ Experience with Bootstrap 4/5 and responsive development
✔ Strong understanding of Technical SEO principles
✔ Experience improving Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores
✔ Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques
✔ Experience with Lazy Loading, WebP/AVIF, and image optimization
✔ Familiarity with Schema Markup implementation
✔ Experience with Git and version control workflows
✔ Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
