Experience Designer – UX, Interfaces & Visual Storytelling

Role Overview
We are looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented Experience Designer who can bring together UX thinking, interface design, and strong visual communication.
In this role, you will work on transforming complex ideas into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences. The work will span across product interfaces, dashboards, and presentation-driven storytelling, requiring both structured problem-solving and creative execution.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of design clarity, usability, and narrative-driven communication.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Designing User-Centric Digital Experiences
- Create structured user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for digital products and platforms
- Design high-fidelity user interfaces that are intuitive, scalable, and visually refined
- Ensure designs are aligned with usability best practices and accessibility standards
Translating Ideas into Visual Communication
- Develop visually compelling presentations and assets that simplify complex concepts
- Convert abstract ideas, data, or business inputs into clear, engaging visual formats
- Balance creativity with clarity to ensure strong communication outcomes
End-to-End Design Ownership
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives
- Translate inputs into structured design solutions from concept to final delivery
- Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality and consistency
Building Consistency Through Design Systems
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and visual guidelines
- Ensure uniformity across different outputs including platforms and communication materials
- Continuously refine design standards to improve efficiency and scalability
Collaboration & Communication
- Present design approaches and articulate decisions with clarity
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining a strong design rationale
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design along with visual communication
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in designing:
- Digital interfaces (web/app)
- Dashboards or data-driven layouts
- Presentation-led communication assets
- A portfolio that showcases both:
- Usability and interaction thinking
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to motion design or animation-led storytelling
- Prior experience working in agency, studio, or high-growth environments
- Understanding of data visualization principles
