📌 Hiring: Lead Digitalization Engineer (AI Command Centre)
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi | Remote
⏳ Duration: 6 Months

📖 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Digitalization Engineer to support the development of a new Artificial Intelligence Command Centre (AI-CC).
This role involves leading digital transformation initiatives, designing scalable architectures, and working closely with stakeholders to implement advanced Industry 4.0 solutions.

9 hours/day, 5 days/week
Flexibility to work weekends/holidays if required
Overtime: Paid

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Architecture Development
Design data integration frameworks and data flow architecture
Develop solution, infrastructure, network, and security architecture
Define digital design philosophy for AI Hub
Digital & AI Strategy
Develop technology assessments for AI-enabled operations, smart systems, and reporting tools
Evaluate and integrate existing digital solutions
AI / Machine Learning Applications
Identify and implement AI/ML use cases
Integrate AI into operational workflows
Digital Twin Solutions
Lead development of digital twins for predictive maintenance, process optimization, safety, and asset performance
Smart Systems Implementation
Develop AI-driven systems for energy management, HVAC, and safety monitoring
Enable real-time analytics, anomaly detection, and decision support
Industry 4.0 Integration
Work with IoT, SCADA, MES, AI platforms, and digital twins
Ensure end-to-end IT/OT integration
Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, and telecom teams
Project Support
Identify use cases and perform cost-benefit analysis
Support design, testing, and deployment
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
12+ years of experience in digitalization, AI integration, or industrial technologies (Oil & Gas preferred)
Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0, industrial automation, edge computing, IT/OT cybersecurity, and AI platforms
