What we need:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Systems (SAP SuccessFactors) Associate to join our team in Jakarta. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal utilization of our HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors, to support our employees and drive HR efficiency. You'll report directly to the HR Systems Senior Manager based in Hong Kong, playing a key role in a dynamic regional team.



Key responsibilities:

  • System Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries related to SAP SuccessFactors, providing timely support and troubleshooting system issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • System Enhancements & Implementations: Assist in the planning, testing, and implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors modules, features, and system improvements. This includes collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
  • System Adoption & Training: Drive increased adoption of HR systems by developing and delivering comprehensive user training sessions. Create clear and concise user instructions, how-to guides, and video tutorials to empower employees and managers to effectively use SuccessFactors.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Support the maintenance of data integrity within SAP SuccessFactors, performing regular audits and ensuring accurate employee information. Assist with generating reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
  • Integration Support: Gain exposure to and support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other critical HR systems, such as payroll and time management systems, ensuring data flow and process efficiency across platforms.
  • SharePoint Administration: Provide support for the administration of the HR internal SharePoint site, ensuring content is updated, organized, and accessible to the HR team.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the HR function. Champion the adoption of new technologies, including AI, to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for HR system processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Actively champion and comply with policies and procedures related to workplace health & safety, information security, environmental, quality, and energy management systems, incident management, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.



The successful candidate:

  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential, demonstrating an excellent command of its various modules and functionalities.
  • Exposure to and understanding of integrations with other HR systems, such as payroll and time management, is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral, with the confidence to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language for diverse audiences.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience in creating training materials and delivering engaging training sessions.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration is a plus.
  • An interest in and aptitude for driving automation and leveraging AI in HR processes.
