About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Design Executive to own the visual identity of Bahola across digital and print. You'll translate brand strategy into compelling design — from scroll-stopping social content to polished product catalogues.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce content for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp — static posts, stories, carousels, and reels thumbnails
- Create print-ready collaterals — product brochures, catalogues, leaflets, shelf talkers, and trade fair materials
- Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints in line with Bahola's brand guidelines
- Work closely with the marketing team to interpret briefs and turn them around quickly
- Prepare files for both digital publishing and print production (press-ready specs, bleeds, colour profiles)
- Support packaging design updates and label artwork as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on design experience (agency or in-house)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (non-negotiable)
- Strong innate sense of colour, typography, and layout
- Understands the difference between designing for a feed vs. a catalogue vs. a shelf
- Able to produce both premium-feel and mass-market visuals depending on the brief
- Familiarity with Canva for quick-turnaround social assets is a plus
- A portfolio that shows range — not just pretty work, but purposeful design
Nice to Have
- Experience in pharma, FMCG, or health & wellness categories
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut)
- Understanding of print production and vendor coordination
