Key Responsibilities
- Design the Win: Support partners in defining technical requirements and architecting secure, scalable cloud solution environments.
- Unblock Complexity: Resolve deep technical objections and eliminate blockers, turning challenges into successful cloud migration opportunities.
- Future-State Planning: Assess customers' current infrastructure and constraints to design a seamless and optimized future-state cloud architecture.
- Workload Alignment: Ensure cloud workloads are properly aligned and optimized for each customer's technical and business environment.
- Drive Performance Metrics: Deliver high service standards while meeting or exceeding key Sales, Quality, and Productivity KPIs.
- Issue Escalation & Trend Monitoring: Identify, document, and escalate technical issues or recurring trends through appropriate communication channels.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain deep product and cloud knowledge through certifications, training workshops, and product updates.
- Operational Excellence: Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with TDCX's Quality Management System.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, cloud solutions engineering, or systems integration
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms and architecture design
- Excellent time management skills with a strong drive to exceed expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to multiple systems and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the supporting market language
