Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Digital Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) role based in Aluva. The Digital CRE will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing strategies, analyzing customer data for insights, enhancing customer engagement, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams. The role also involves providing support to enhance the dealership's online presence and promoting a seamless digital customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing technologies and tools
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and reporting
- Effective Communication abilities to liaise with clients and teams
- Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee digital initiatives
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and digital trends in the automotive sector
- Previous experience in the automotive or customer-facing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
