Avartana Labs LLP is a digital media strategy firm working at the intersection of technology, content, and public communication. We are building a large-scale content operation for a client - publishing news and governance content daily across 7 platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Reddit.
This is a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. We are looking for people who take their craft seriously, work well under pressure, and understand what it means to produce content that reaches and resonates with a large audience.

OPEN POSITIONS

VIDEO EDITOR - 2 Positions
You will edit Reels, Shorts, and news-format clips every single day - fast, consistently, and to a professional standard.
What we need:
• 2+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to deliver 4-6 finished edits per working day
• Strong portfolio - news, documentary, or current affairs content preferred
• Comfort with Hindi-language subtitles and on-screen text
• Experience in news media or public affairs - a strong advantage

GRAPHIC DESIGNER - 2 Positions
You will produce infographics, breaking news cards, carousels, WhatsApp bulletins, and thumbnails daily across multiple platform formats.
What we need:
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Ability to deliver 15-20 finished creatives per working day using a template workflow
• Knowledge of platform specs: Instagram 9:16 and 4:5, WhatsApp 1:1, Twitter 16:9, YouTube thumbnails
• Comfort designing in Hindi - Devanagari typography, mobile legibility
• Experience in news media or public affairs - a strong advantage

🤖 AI CONTENT CREATOR - 1 Position
This is not a prompt-entry role. We need someone who uses AI tools strategically - knowing where AI accelerates production and where human editorial judgment cannot be replaced.
What we need:
• Demonstrable hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation
• Strong editorial instinct: knowing where AI output needs human correction
• Experience building prompt libraries and AI-assisted content workflows
• Excellent written communication in Hindi and/or English
• Experience in digital media, news, or public affairs — a strong advantage
