🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven professional who can manage the following:
- Video content creation & editing
- Live streaming sessions
- Social media growth
- Paid advertising campaigns
This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to sales, user growth, and brand visibility.
🎬 Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing & Content Creation
- Create engaging reels, shorts, and promotional videos
- Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro / CapCut
- Add captions, transitions, and branding elements
2. Live Streaming Management
- Plan and execute live sessions using tools like OBS / StreamYard
- Handle technical setup (audio, video, overlays)
- Coordinate with hosts and ensure smooth streaming
3. Social Media Management
- Manage platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Plan content calendar and posting strategy
- Grow followers, engagement, and brand presence
4. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
- Run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Create audiences, retargeting campaigns, and funnels
- Monitor CPL, conversions, and ROI
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of paid ads on Google, Meta, and Microsoft
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels
- Creative thinking + data-driven mindset

- Experience in SaaS / Tech /startup environmentst
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation
- Graphic design basics (Canva, Photoshop)
