Role Description The Digital Content Manager will own the planning, creation, and optimization of digital content across Tradescape’s website, blog, email campaigns, and social channels. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves managing the content calendar, coordinating with designers and product teams, and ensuring timely delivery of all assets. The person in this role will develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and product goals, focusing on trader education, platform features, and brand awareness. Daily responsibilities include writing and editing web content, updating on-site resources, overseeing content workflows, and monitoring performance metrics to refine future content. The Digital Content Manager will also ensure brand consistency, maintain SEO best practices, and support campaign launches with targeted digital content.
Qualifications
- Strong content management and content strategy skills, with experience owning a content calendar and aligning content with business goals.
- Proficiency in project management and coordination, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and workflows for multiple content initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability in web content writing and writing for digital channels, with a clear, concise, and audience-focused style.
- Experience using CMS platforms, basic SEO best practices, and analytics tools to optimize content performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and editorial quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with trading, fintech, or financial education content is preferred but not required.
