What would you do? Job Description - Media Planner Role purpose Create channel/media plans aligned to objectives, budgets, targeting, and flighting; partner with trafficking and analytics to ensure measurable performance. Key responsibilities
- Build media plans including targeting strategy, ad formats/dimensions, budget allocation, flight dates, and KPI definitions.
- Calculate net rates, premiums, and commission impacts where applicable; ensure plans are executable in ad platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ad ops/trafficking to translate plans into live campaigns.
- Support performance pacing recommendations and optimization actions with reporting partners. Required skills & experience
- 3–7+ years in digital media planning; strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem. What are we looking for? Tools (typical)
- Excel, ad platform planning tools, OMS/IO tools (where used), reporting dashboards. Success measures
- Plan accuracy, smooth handoff to trafficking, budget pacing health, KPI achievement and clarity. Roles and Responsibilities:
