🐝 BuildBee is hiring: Digital Content & Influencer Marketing Intern
BuildBee is building quick commerce for construction materials — helping contractors, homeowners, and architects get quality materials delivered urgently when construction is stuck.
We are looking for a Digital Content & Influencer Intern who can help us create relatable, on-ground video content and build our creator network.
🎯 What you’ll do
- Identify real construction pain points (e.g., “cement khatam ho gaya”, “plumber wait kar raha hai”) and convert them into short video content ideas
- Coordinate with our QA / ground team to shoot informational & problem-solution videos
- Discover and shortlist micro-influencers in construction, home improvement, real estate, architecture, and Gurgaon local creators
- Reach out to influencers via Instagram DMs / WhatsApp / Email for collaborations
- Help create content briefs for Reels, testimonials, urgency videos, and educational content
- Track content performance (views, saves, enquiries generated)
- Maintain influencer outreach tracker and content calendar
- Identify trending Reel formats BuildBee can adapt
✅ What we’re looking for
- Active Instagram / YouTube Shorts user who understands Reels trends & storytelling
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets / Notion / basic editing tools
- Interest in startups, construction tech, quick commerce, or influencer marketing
- Ability to think in problem → solution → conversion content format

- Experience running a content page
- Shot or edited reels before
- Comfortable visiting construction sites / warehouses for shoots
