Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Copywriter

About Us
Toronto French Academy (TFA) is a leading online French language school based in Toronto, Canada. We deliver high-quality French courses to students worldwide and are growing our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
The Role
We're looking for a creative all-rounder who can handle graphic design, video editing, and copywriting — all in one role. You'll be responsible for producing daily content that drives engagement, builds our brand, and supports our marketing efforts across multiple platforms.
This is a full-time, remote position based in India with a split shift schedule.
What You'll Do
Graphic Design
- Create 1+ high-quality graphic posts daily for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Design using Canva, Photoshop, or AI-powered design tools
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
- Create carousels, infographics, stories, and promotional graphics
Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) primarily using CapCut
- Add subtitles, text overlays, transitions, and effects
- Edit raw on-camera footage into polished, engaging videos
- Create content optimized for each platform's format and specs
Copywriting & Content Writing
- Write 1 LinkedIn post daily with strong hooks and engagement-driven copy
- Draft captions for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Use AI writing tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance and speed up content creation
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written content
Social Media Management
- Post content daily across all active platforms
- Manage and maintain a content calendar
- Stay updated on design trends, social media algorithms, and best practices
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in Canva (Intermediate or above)
- Experience with CapCut for video editing
- Strong English writing skills
- Comfortable using AI tools for design and writing
- Ability to produce 1+ graphic post and 1 LinkedIn post per day
- Own a reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video tools
- Social media management experience
- Portfolio showcasing design, video, and writing work
Work Schedule
- Split Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekend tasks may apply)
- Fully remote — work from anywhere in India
