Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and execute content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and customer retention.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms and other digital communication channels to strengthen the organization’s online presence.
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality content including blog articles, newsletters, e-books, white papers, case studies, and website copy.
- Create and manage digital marketing assets such as banners, text advertisements, pop-ups, and other interactive promotional content.
- Oversee website and blog content, ensuring timely updates on company news, product launches, and relevant industry insights.
- Produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, infographics, and presentations, to connect with audiences through diverse formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and monitor digital advertising campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic, lead generation, and sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing compelling and audience-focused content across multiple digital platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant content creation and digital marketing work.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital content optimization best practices.
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong research, organizational, and time management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and adapt messaging effectively.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
