Role Description
At Rankawat Group, we’re building a high-performance content engine — and we need someone who can create videos that don’t just look good… but drive leads and sales.
If you only edit videos — this role is not for you.
We’re looking for someone who can think, shoot, and execute like a content strategist.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot premium on-site videos (property walkthroughs, lifestyle, location highlights)
- Edit high-impact Reels, Shorts & ad creatives
- Create scroll-stopping videos with strong hooks & storytelling
- Produce lead-generation ad creatives (Instagram & Facebook)
- Stay ahead of trends, formats & algorithms
Qualifications
- 2+ years of real, hands-on experience (shoot + edit both)
- Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut
- Understand content that performs (retention, engagement, conversions)
- Can handle camera, lighting, framing professionally
- Think like a creator + marketer combined
