Role Description The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging digital content that explains IPO Nest’s features and supports users in checking IPO allotment status. This full-time, on-site role in Erode includes creating website copy, app content, social media posts, explainer visuals, and short-form educational materials tailored to different types of investors. The role involves collaborating with product and support teams to understand user needs, translating complex information into clear messaging, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. The Digital Content Creator will track content performance, refine materials based on feedback and analytics, and ensure all content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with regulatory and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging digital content for websites, apps, and social media
- Skill in simplifying financial or technical information for a broad, non-expert audience
- Basic understanding of IPOs, stock markets, or interest in learning financial concepts
- Proficiency with common content and design tools (e.g., CMS platforms, basic graphic or video editing software)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in written and visual materials
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Relevant education or experience in communications, marketing, media, design, or a related field is beneficial
